The message below was posted on December with a response from Jeff Cinelli. I upgraded to 2004, using Comet Server Products 0406, my workstations at 339, and am running CAupdate 337 and am having the same "looping" problem as the original post below. I tried Jeff's suggestions to the post below but to no avail.

Any suggestion??

Thanks.

Recently installed Comet2004,CometServerProducts.exe, and CometWorkstation.exe at our office. Got a call today from customer that is using CometAnywhere connected to our office. She indicated that a new "update" question appeared indicating that CometAnywhere needed to be "updated" and it asked "YES or NO" to do this update. She answered YES. The screen went through the appropriate screens showing the update taking place.
The problem\issue is that the screen continually returns to the "update" question. If the operator gets out of CometAnywhere and comes right back in, the same question comes up. The operator can get around the question by simply answering "NO" to the question. The screen will then go to the "Enter Password".
I went to the customers site to double check and confirm her explanation. I also checked the revision level of CometAnywhere in the "Help" screen and the screen shows version (330), which is the latest version, so the update actually did work.
However, CometAnywhere does not appear to be recognizing the Revision Level on the Remote, consequently the "update" question keeps coming up.
Like the new "update" feature.
