Had a COMET crash last week.... nobody was sure exactly what happened... so we rebooted and got back to work
today... decided to run a KeyCheck on a file (which may have been opened last week when COMET crashed)
got an EXCP(35) ... KeyCheck ran for maybe a minute... then ended.. showed the error message... then the phone rang with the fateful words:
DID YOU JUST DO SOMETHING?
so ... I've got to
re-build the file on my TEST system,
re-run the KeyCheck...
download to the PROD system,
re-run the KeycHECK... and, hopefully, get a normal ending
my one question.... I would there be anything that I could save to diagnose this problem?
I'm willing to up..grade all the COMET software to "L&G: Latest and Greatest" since it's maybe V480.... shouldn't have crashed it, but I can't waste time on crashes going forward
