Should be fine. Haven't done this with Win10 but it worked fine when I did WinXP to Win7.

My Win10 developer PC is a pretty much the same as a workstation/server with no clients.

Check the web, you can find YouTube videos on how to do the upgrade for free. Win10 is the new Adobe Reader :)
