CSV help

Converting history from a crashed Access '97 database. There are three comment fields that may contain "@0D0A0D0A@. This causes my import program to see extra records. I was thinking that I could use UE to convert the hex to a single space. But, the UE "find" isn't seeing the hex.

I'm bypassing the comments for now but I need to add them at some point.

Suggestions?
