Both servers rely on stable time. A sure indication that this is your problem is if you see "Orphan logout" in either or both of the server logs. If you move the Security Server to a new computer that doesn't do time sync you should solve the problem for the Security Server. The File Server may still log users out if the time sync is being done on its server.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
