You are trying to register a new Virtual Dongle. We are getting a connection from you but it is not being followed up with the required data packet. Your log shows that it sent the registration packet however we never received it. When we have seen this before it's been either the firewall or internet security software on the client side that is blocking that communication. Particularly we've seen issues with customers using WebSense or SonicWall with content filtering enabled. It could also be a proxy server trying to optimize the communication. We have heard that IT staffs could see where the problem was by using network monitoring utilities such as Wireshark.

Other than suggesting you disable content filtering we can't tell you how to whitelist our server in your particular security software. Keep in mind that whatever change you make to successfully register the dongle must remain for it to continue to work. The Security Server will be communicating with our Dongle Server at intermittent intervals for as long as the customer is using Comet.
