SYSGEN will not Compile

I edit my comet.ini file. Then try to compile it. I get this error.

*** CANNOT OPEN INI FILE, COMPILATION ABORTED! ***

*** ATTEMPT TO PROCESS INI FILE: COMET.INI ***

Also see attached.

I move to another workstsation and it compiles without issues.

Some workstations it works fine - other's not so much.

Any ideas?
