Why are you not using $(CATEMP)? That's where the listing file is supposed to go. The path to it would look something like this:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\CATEMP\
You shouldn't be specifying your own path for TMP.
Did you see if by chance the listing is being created in your TMP folder? OR if you have a CATEMP folder is it there?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
