We're having a number of issues at one location, including one where random remote Comet Anywhere users are being disconnected. Different times, different sessions, different locations, activity or no activity. A user can have 3 session in use, be sitting there staring at the screens, and suddenly one will just disconnect. An in house Comet Anywhere user is not affected by this. Only remote clients. And not all remote clients. And not at the same time. Client is a subscription customer with all the latest releases, running on Server 2016 essentials. Does anyone have any ideas on likely culprits?
