I've had a similar issue with an account in NJ. All of a sudden the remote CAW users start running really, really slowly. I've connected from my office and found the same response. It's happened at least twice. Both times it was an issue with the ISP though I've not been informed of what the fix was. Internal CAW ran normal speed. One other thing that I've always tried to do is make sure that the CAW Host has it's Comet terminated and restarted once every couple of weeks, reboot of the CAW Host PC even better on a scheduled basis.
