It's not unusual to see a copydocs error when using (Document=) but normally the error will be 32, not 3. 32 indicates a sharing violation and can be caused by the output file not having completed the "close" process. Because of that we put in a retry loop (5 times). Each time it retries you would see the error message so you could tell how many times it had to try before the sharing violation passed. Generally this takes care of the problem. In your case it has a problem with the path, not the file. Are you certain the path shown in the Copydocs error message matched the path to the user's CATEMP folder exactly?
