Issue was on end-user's Win 10 PC. I connected up tested remotely for an hour, testing included the hard copy pass that printed to LPH successfully, that would have failed as well if there were an issue with the TMP folder, no? I checked the path a number of times because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. That's when I resorted to the CopyFile hack. No possibility of further troubleshooting.
