Autostart Comet CAW host

Customer recently "upgraded" from Server 2008 to Win10. About 8 users working plus a CAW host running on the Win10.

Win10 patches and updates a lot so the CAW host has to be restarted manually. Is there a way to do a delayed launch (after Comet Server) of the CAW host?
