This could be happening in one of 2 places in your program.
1. When you send the bcc command
2. when the bcc is sent to the smtp server
It would be helpfull if you would send me the email log file.
From what you said, you were doing it right.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
