Robert, on the offending PCs go into Control Panel, Date & Time and turn off Internet Time Synch. I was having the same issue and that did the trick. One other account I had to downgrade services to the last version before they started orphaning non-responding local Comet sessions. Your issue is just this - services thinks that the session is orphaned because the clock time has changed.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
