Comet lost connection and freeze

I brought this up before...

I have a situation at my customer where once in a while Comet completely freeze for no apparent reason. Usually it happens if the Comet is idle for a while.

I cannot kill it, nothing happens. I have to use task manager to force COSW down [End Process Tree]. Using Comet 536 on Windows 7 Pro.

Now it is spreading... Users on Windows 7 Pro using Comet.515 are now seeing this too. Never happen before. I am not sure if it happens with Windows 10 stations as well (they would be on 536).

For the first time today, I actually got an error message - see attached.

This is on a Domain.
CometServe is on a dedicated metal server Windows Server 2012R2
Windows 7 Pro stations are running Comet.515 (did not upgrade because of this error)
Windows 10 Pro stations are running Comet.536
