Created a new "Comet Services" folder and restarted. a new 00020149.TXT (Certificate only) was created automatically. Stopped the service. Copied the DRB.TXT and 00020149.TXT files from email. Started the service. No go.

Checked Bitdefender, local and web consoles. No activity.
