Tuesday afternoon 1400, closed Comet and proceeded with MSFT patches and reboots. Didn't run Comet after that. Powered down my stand alone Development PC.

Wednesday morning 0500 found out that I'm now getting "Tue Oct 17 14:15:10 Packet decryption error at startup connection to Dongle Server." errors and Security Server Console is failing.

Tried reboots and reinstall of 1900.

00020149.txt dated 02/21/2023.

Recovered the TXT from email and replaced the live TXT.
Did a save-as of the email TXT to license.TXT
