Explained, mostly, and fixed with help from Justin.
My PC hadn't been reporting in with the SSI license server for X days. Reason unknown.
The license server went down so my reboots and other efforts were useless.
Failing to reach the license server, my Comet Services wouldn't reactivate.
When the license server came back, my PC reconnected, and all is now well
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
