I've had user suffering that. I did not know about that.

I knew about Comet losing connection with server and freeze solid. Had to be killed in Task Manager or a reboot.

What I found is the power saving option on the network card. You have to actually go into the card from where we set the network property. It is on the network card it self. I also turn off all the Power settings in the Power options.

No sleep, No suspend.
