Update Comet Security Server

Hi,
I am running Comet Security Server for my client on a standalone machine.
Server = N01,TCP,L,192.168.10.5; Comet Runtime Security
Server = N02,TCP,L,192.168.10.7; Comet File System Security & CFAM
Tried swapping this machine to Windows 11, with the same Comet Security IP address but a different UNC name and received the following error.

c:\COMET SERVICES\SECSRV.EXE
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxtrace.exe tool for more detail.

Have attached the log files.
Is there a way to change the Security Server machine as I want to run 2 swapable machines for backup.
