Hi Doug,

I believe that's an error from Windows saying there's a conflict with the c++ runtime libraries or redistributables. Try running the vcredist_x86.exe from the comet runtime installer on the new server to make sure it has the correct libraries. Hopefully that'll get everything squared away.
