code to mass import spooler files

Was wondering i know i can import 1 file at a time into the spooler. is there anything out to import multi files. Recently i was held with ransomware and i am looking to restore a few spoolers and unfortunately we use the spooler for digital archive. and i have 180k+ file to import.
and as far as just moving the files over.. is not possible they started using the spoolers already with new files.
So i am looking for what i need to do to import a mass amount of files at one time.
