Are you referring to Docmgr or the old spoolers? If you're using docmgr, you should be able to write a program to import the old files into your new archive. Or probably quicker/easier(?), restore your old archive and import the new files that have been generated since the ransomware.

You can use DMImp.inc from XTL as a starting point.
