I opened a command prompt and running:

"C:\Users\Doug Pegg\AppData\Local\Temp\Console.exe" /c "C:\Comet\CBS\IBS\JCP.IBS"
and got:

Listing file: C:\Users\DOUGPE~1\AppData\Local\Temp\CATEMP\0d946466.Tmp

Generating object: 'C:\Comet\OBJ\JCP'

It doesn't seem to be creating the listing file on CATEMP.
I have another PC with a user of DOUG so the listing file shows C:\Users\DOUG\AppData\Local\Temp\CATEMP\0d946466.Tmp.
This seems to work obviously with a different .tmp file name. It shows Include files and completes the compile and updates the OBJ version.
