Hi Brian, I have copied the latest version IBinstall.exe from the signature.net again and re-installed UltraEdit, ran IBinstall and reset REL4.06 with CAPI Vsn.1.16 and got the same error.
When I reloaded REL4.05 with CAPI Vsn.1.15 I got no error, the log of which is as follows:
