The Legacy include, the CED format with line numbers, allows for a starting line number and an ENDUSE statement.
There is no comparable feature in the INCLUDE file and there should be. You now have a syntax for a "label" in the DBManager / Viewer thingie; we need a similar construction in the INCLUDE files.
