Windows Printing

I am trying to debug some windows printing routines.

I am using a type "?" windows printer aka ASK. When the dialog apears, there's no "Print to File" option. However, if I click on File | Print the option is there.

I am still trying how to efficiently print using Windows printer drivers and Comet. A typical report using 2 fonts (bigger font for report header) will typically make a 32ppm laser printer crawl at 6 to 8 pages per minutes... Unacceptable! I need a better way to control the different fonts that I use in my reports.

This was tested using Comet 2004 build 337 with a Xerox N32 network printer.
