Attached is the .ini file. The Warehouse PC runs Cosw.exe from the seerver. The server has the USB plug. Sometimes it starts OK then gives the error.
Some history: There are only 2 Comet licenses. One on the server to run the XAP applications, and one for the warehouse about a block away. The connection between the warehouse and office is a T3 line (very fast).
Comet was running great on a server that was older and slower. They moved Comet to a faster server with dual processor and a super fast disk drive. This caused a problem with record locks. Apparently the buffer was holding the file in a locked state and the next request would cause a Windows error. I then introduced CometSrv using a temprory license. It solved the lock problem, but then the Security Plug missing problem started.
Last night the temporary license expired and the system shut down. They will not purhase CometSrv for a 2 license system until I can show there will be no more problems. Can I get another extension on the temporary license?
