Comet could not find gateway.cfg in c:\comet. It then reverted to the default configuration that demands to find rel, cos, utl etc. under the c:\comet folder.
I do not know why it is trying to add the c:\comet dir.
Maybe try to generate the gateway.cfg file on another comet system and then copy it to the c:\comet folder.
The system is too old for me to try to guess anything more.
