There's no logon problem, we are NOT using a domain.
Stations do get accesz to the server, Comet starts & run normally. It just kind of times-out on the winsock. The delay of inactivity before in times out varies from a minute to about 10-15 minutes.
I checked all the computers and it is not the (stupid) power management of the network card that allows (by default) the card to be turned off to save power (on a desktop ??)
