As we see it, here are the options to solving this problem:

1. We can start including IBHelp.chm with every REL or UTL release. This way you'd always have an up-to-date copy available on your system. The file is roughly 660K.

2. We have found that if we put a hyperlink to the .chm file on our web site, when you click on it you are given the option of "open" or "save". If you select "open", the help will transfer across, open automatically and operate properly. On my dsl connection this process only took a few seconds.

3. You can install the registry fix described by Jim and continue to access it as you have in the past.

4. You can download your own copy of the .chm file and keep it wherever you like on your system and update it whenever you wish.
