Windows update just published a security patch that prevents windows help files from displaying on your computer. The link below describes the situation.
I have made a file containing the registry fix described by Microsoft. It is attached as a text file to this post. Save this file and rename it with the extent ion of .reg
We will either abandon windows help as the medium to publish this info, or find some other fix to this problem.
We really do not recommend this registry patch, but are supplying it for those of you that just have to have the help file fixed.
It is important for you to know that if you download the help files to your local machine, they will work even without this patch.
