IB Documentation web site

For the last two days, whenever we try accessing the IntertBasic Documentation page, we get an incomplete navigation box on the left hand of the screen.

Normally there's something in a box under "Content" and "Index"... Now there's nothing.

Oddly enough one of my systems works ok, we tought it might be the version of IE, but I think it might be more to do with caching...

Did someone change something on the site and break it? Or is it Bill's fault with one of his security updates ?
