Your problem is that your SPL dir is not within the first 50 configured dabs. Did this used to be the case? Try moving it up in the list and see if the problem goes away. At startup time, you only have access to the first 50 dabs. Once you get to READY you have whatever dabs your password gives you, that's why it works there.
