Tried installing CometAnywhere at a cusomers home on a new PC. Decided than maybe my old method was not the best.
So, I ran the C2K4.346 install to C:\Comet and allowed the install to place an icon on the desktop. Worked fine. I added the \NET: settings and double clicked the icon. Received a COSW "File Missing" dialog. Clicked OK and connection to the host completed and work perfectly. Error is the same if the icon uses comet.exe or cosw.exe.
Message does not name the missing file.
