This time it sounds like maybe the Comet Server folder set in the pathname in the Windows "Services" may not be what you expect. Once you install the Comet Services you cannot change their location simply by rerunning the Server Installation program. You MUST uninstall them first. Do this thru "Add/Remove Programs". Then rerun the CometServerInstall and pay attention to which folder you select for installation. It is in THAT folder that your license.txt file must be.
Try this and see if you can't get it going.
