Comet2005 V351 - toolbar

After loading Comet Workstation351 and running under Cserve V5.05, my toolbar responds only to 'S'ystem items and not 'E'nter and 'T'ext. All toolbar items display correctly but the responses are as above.
I vaguely remember a password option for Comet Explorer in 351. I was wondering if this had any impact.
Everything is fine under V350.
