To use MS Active Directory do we need to be running W2K3 with domains? If so that seems overkill to me. Most of my sites are less than ten users and traditionally have run happily on peer to peer over W98 networks. I am upgrading (dragging kicking and screaming) them slowly and somewhat reluctantly to XP, are there sufficient benefits to go that extra step, or is it in XP. I find domains a pain in the proverbial.
