About 2 weeks ago, I upgraded one of my clients (of course my largest) to Comet 2005 from Comet 2002. Ever since they are experiencing more and more of the "COSW.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience" message. When they try to do they same procedure again, the program works fine. This was happening a lot last week, but they did not want to bother me since I was in Vegas. However, it has continued into this week and they are getting more and more frustrated. I installed the latest of everything (c2005.354) plus the latest file system. They are running "S" type directories due to the speed issue of CFAM. What info can I provide to resolve this?
