Hi,
I work for an IT consulting company which provides support to a firm which makes use of your Comet software. I will confess that I am not very familiar with your product. I am hoping someone here can help me solve a problem one of the users, Joann, is experiencing.
Joann is unable to run reports when logged in as herself at her computer. She receives the error message "No print file - ERR 2" in the Comet Spool Utility (See attached screenshot).
She is able to run reports when logged in as other users at her machine. I believed this might be a Windows profile problem. I rebuilt her profile but found that the problem persisted.
Also, for what it's worth, Joann logs in with Domain Admin credentials.
If anyone could help me with this I would owe you a beer.
