That error message indicates that the spool job was initiated (and perhaps created) but the file containing the actual report is missing from the spool directory. It would be unusual for her to get this message, but no other error messages while running the report. I'd suggest checking your configuration file to determine which folder the spool jobs are being directed to, then be sure she has rights to that folder.
