NEW INSTALLATION OF COMET 2005

I have just installed Comet 2005/vsn 354/05.03 on a Win 2003 server.

At READY I input Q and get the followng error message:

ERROR # 00 - NO EXCPTION REPORTED

If I input QTIL904 from READY I get the QTILITIES menu.

Any ideas?
