I received the test emails. They look the same from you as they do when I send them internally. Attached is the screen shot (jimpdf.jpg) of the pdffactory email showing Outlook (attachment is DAT) and Adobe Reader (blank screen, bad header).

I checked the LOG and found that the path problem that casued the E27 is cleared up. That led me to the PDF file in c:\pdffactory\autosave. That file opens as a valid PDF. I can use "Send To" or Outlook to send the file. See outlookpdf.jpg.
