I feel your pain....I had the same instance and I had Brian and Barb on the horn for about an hour, prior to them giving the expert advice of wiping the drive and starting over...You may take pleasure in knowing that wiping the drive did help. It didnt matter the version of qmonitor or any release level. Spyware is what did the computer that I was working on in.
