Any idea why we are loosing the data portion of the file? It appears that the system is failing on the erase to get rid of the .I00 but the data portion has been erased and the QDIR entry still exists and no error is reported from the erase.

This has now happend twice today. Note, we had just upgraded two days ago to .358 and never saw this before under .357.
