CFileSrv does not unload

I am having more and more reports of users that have exited Comet but CFileSrv is not unloading. The File System icon is still in the tray but does not respond and any attempt to reload Comet results in a failure to DIRADD. The only way to clear the situation is to end the process in the Task Manager.
