CFileSrv should only unload when Comet shuts down if CFileSrv is not being run as a service. If this is the way you are running it on these systems, please try having them pop up the CFileSrv dialog just before shutting down. Then when they shut down, see if there's any activity logged to the dialog. This is a first step to troubleshooting this.
