I have verified it again, If I have the capi.dll dated 6/29/2005 and console.exe dated 6/24/2005 in my c:\program files\ultraEdit folder, I no longer get those pesky warnings in my output window.
This totally contradicts what Badge said.
When I go back to the previous versions of capi.dll and console.exe, I get the warnings again.
