Hi Barbara,

Following up on my request re CITRIX site.

I have attached a brief schematic of the head office configuration for the site. The details for Comet topography are for the hardware guys at Trilogy to explain how Comet/CometServe/CometAnywhere exist in the network environment.

I envisage about 50 to 60 Comet2005 licenses running in head office with one of these licenses residing on a CITRIX server where about 60 CometAnywhere licenses are assigned for three branches communicating via CITRIX to thin clients. I have allowed 1 CometServe license per full Comet licenses. Do I have to allow for a CometServe license for each CometAnywhere session or is this covered under the full Comet license. (That would be my guess.)

Trilogy have been hassling me for certification for Comet particularly running under under CITRIX and have requested me to ask you for a letter of intent that Signature will continue to support Comet under CITRIX. I showed them an email that I received from Marc Shevick at data 1 regarding problems with 2005 vsn. 358 and I think that it spooked that future releases would no cater for CITRIX. I understand that this is not really your problem, however I would be grateful if you could assist in this area.

If this is possible could you email the certification to Mick Bullard at Trilogy (mick.bullard@tcsa.com.au).

Thanks for any assistance.

Regards,

Doug
